“I have been with them for a while. Every time I go there, I will be asked to buy this, top up that etc. Everything is money. It becomes a stressful experience. Staff standard also drop over the years, some can even give attitude. Also, they take picture of your feet or nail without asking for permission or explaining why. My feet don't belong to you and there's privacy. So hope they will review this.”
