“I did my lashes on the 5th of sept 2026, the photo taken was on the 13th of sept 2026. First of all, I was there about 5 mins late, but I ended up had to wait for about 20 mins for the lash tech to attend to me. I have a very bad itch on the first day after the lashes was done, I thought it was normal… but then as the days go by, the lashes got a lot more uncomfortable to the eyes. When the lashes dropped because I brushed it, it dropped and then you can see the lashes was attached to multiple natural lashes… it’s so uncomfortable and I felt the relief, after it fell out. As you can see, all the other lashes are like attached to 2 or 3 lashes to 1 falsies. They sold me the package and I thought it was a good value… I paid for $1,900 package 10 times and they say the free refill is within 7 days… a good lash shop will allow 2 weeks because that’s the norm… Whoever is looking to do their lashes in NORTHPOINT city shimmer and shine, watch out. They are super unethical, because they did such a bad job and they do not wanna refund the money.”
