“Went in for express gel. Guess their standard removal is by soak off but wanted to efile instead because I’m sensitive to acetone. First Lady overfilled into my natural nail. Clear dent into my nail and was red. Accidents happen but no apology from her. Asked for permission to reshape my nails slightly to my liking but was given a look and stared at me like I was taking up her day as I was shaping. Another lady did my gel. I pointed out to her to help me to built an apex for the nail the previous lady over filed as there was a DENT in my natural nail. Said okay. When I checked my nails and the “line of light” if anyone is familiar is clearly OFF. Meaning my nails were so bumpy. I told her to help me fix it and was given a face AGAIN. After she attempted fixing it I was still not happy but she tried gaslighting me saying that it’s because of my previous set being “too thick”. Showed no interest in helping me to make any further adjustments. So I didn’t say anything more. Her body language clearly wanted me to leave asap. At least IMO. Paid and left. Went home to fix my nails myself. And when I buffed out my nails you can see how uneven of a surface it was.”

“ジェルネイルをしてもらいました。 ワンカラーのみのジェルネイルなら$50でやってくれます。あとは追加したい内容に合わせて金額をプラスしていきます。 ネイル以外のサービスもあるようでネイルを始めながら案内もありますが必要無い場合はノーと言えば強く進められることはありません。 お茶のサービスもあります。私はノンカフェインがよかったのでお湯を頼んだら「ジンジャーあるけど入れる？」と言ってくれ粉末のジンジャーを入れてジンジャー湯を作ってくれました。 小さいお店ではありますが仕事はちゃんとやってくれます。 全てのこのフロアーのネイルショップを調べた訳ではありませんが、私が聞き回った範囲では一番安かったです。 ヨーロピアンのお得意様もこのお店にはいます。”

“I've always passed by this nail saloon but ended up going to other shops. It was one weekday evening after work and most other shops were closed so I decided to try this one. It was much cheaper than their neighbours and the service I received was better. I was really happy with my experience. This shall be my go-to nail saloon from now on :D”
