“I can understand that My pedi service had to cancelled at the last minute due staff urgent leave. My daughter and i waited close to an hour at the shop in Woodlands close, and not a single staff member approached to explain the delay or offer assistance. During that period of wait, There was no communication, no apology, and no effort made to respect our time from the two staffs Wei Ying and Yanqin. It felt like they simply didn’t care. This kind of service is unprofessional and shows a lack of regard for customers. I hope this feedback leads to better communication and accountability in the future.”

“I am always trying to find a good nail parlour and I finally found The Nailsy. It’s convenient because they’re near my place. This is my 3rd time with them. Their service is tiptop. They are very meticulous in their work. They pay attention to detail. I usually show them the pictures of my nail inspo, and they always deliver. And unlike other nail parlours, The Nailsy don’t hard sell. They don’t ask you to sign for packages or whatever. I’m always looking forward to my next appointment with them.”
