“Hi very bad experience for the first time. I was having a headache with stiffness on my shoulder. I always go to fu lu su to do my regular massage every week, since my work place at Tampines i try it for 20 minutes $30. Before start I told the therapist i had head ache and please massage my neck area and forehead ! She said ok. But she waste few minutes to arrange blanket on my body i feel to warm. And start massage im not fell any pressure. I told to increase the pressure she not happy. And she replied i knew you do not move. Continue she did with slow again i told i pain on my neck can you focus on it. She said i will do. She did about few second and move on my hand. 20 minutes over and im not any relief after the massage.She not friendly at all. And next the room was very noise during the massage talking to laud like in the fish market. Very disappointed ☹️”

“The worst wellness centre in Singapore. I purchased a 12-session package with this centre, and at the point of purchase, no one told me that the package was only valid for one year. They simply asked me to sign at the corner, and today I found out they had stamped an expiry date beside my signature! Why today? Because I just discovered that my package had expired with 5 sessions remaining. They kept completely quiet—no notification, no phone call, no message, no email, nothing—until I found out myself. I never knew it would expire, and their service is not ideal, so this centre has never been my first choice, as I also have packages with other TCM and wellness centres. Under such an unfair policy, I don’t think anyone would want to invest in another package here. It feels like this policy is designed to push customers away. Very disappointed experience. I would like rate zero if there is this option.”
