“I normally look forward to my spa days as a quiet escape, but my recent session here was anything but relaxing. Throughout the entire massage, Sky(introduce to me as the Spa Manager) would not stop talking, asking intrusive personal questions and venting about her workspace. Even after I gave short answers and tried to close my eyes to signal I wanted to rest, the talking continued. To make matters worse, they kept checking their phone, which constantly disrupted the rhythm of the massage. It felt incredibly unprofessional for the price paid. Worst she sang during the session and her voice is lousy... never go back again to look for Sky!”

“I have a pleasant experience with the masseuse Sky and she was helpful in massaging my lower back pain. She was also cheerful and she was passionate with her job.”
