“I have been to Haven twice, 1st time the massage was great, second time terrible. The second time I did 60 minute massage with a lady named Kaydee, 30 minutes in I had to ask her to stop for fear of being injured. The issue was no rhythm, pinching and scraping her elbow over my spine and neck, too much oil and a sheer lack of care or skill. She also placed a noisy handheld fan next to my head on the massage table. When I asked her to stop and I got dressed the lady at the front reception refused to provide a different lady or refund any of the $50 paid despite describing how bad the massage was. The whole experience was awful.”
