“First time at Pine Spa and I only had a foot reflexology today. I actually read some reviews before coming and a few people mentioned the receptionist, Jess. At first I thought hmm… maybe it’s just a little exaggerated? 😂 But after experiencing it myself, now I understand!Jess was really warm, attentive and welcoming. She didn’t make me feel like “just another customer” and treated me like one of their regular VIP customers. She was patient, listened to my questions and wasn’t pushy at all. Her customer service is honestly 10/10! It would be weird if I only talked about the receptionist 😂 so about the massage,the therapist was professional and experienced. The strength was also good and I really enjoyed the foot reflexology.Overall, the whole experience from checking in to leaving felt smooth and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, but honestly, the warm welcome was one of the things I remembered most. It’s my first visit, but I can understand now why people mentioned Jess in their reviews. Keep it up pine team!”

She is a wonderful person who treats a client who walks through the door with genuine respect and warmth. Her professionalism, excellent language skills and gracious personality truly stand out. “I recently visited Pine Spa for a massage. I am generally not someone who leaves reviews, even when I am dissatisfied, but my experience this time was disappointing enough that I felt it was worth sharing. The therapist, Amy, made several comments about my weight, including saying that I was “fat” and that it would take two people to massage me. I found these comments unnecessary, uncomfortable and unprofessional. For reference, I am 1.70 m tall and weigh 71 kg, but regardless of anyone’s size or weight, customers should be treated respectfully and made to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I also wasn’t impressed with the massage technique. On top of that, Amy talked throughout almost the entire session, which made it difficult to relax. At times, I honestly wondered whether I was there for a massage or speech therapy. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers receive both professional treatment and a comfortable, respectful experience.”

“Its my first visit to this spa. Fiona was assigned to me. She is friendly, cheerful likes to smile and can carry a good conversation. Of course her massage skill is excellent and attentive as she would check with me whether the strength is alright. Also importantly she is not a clock watcher. will come back again.”
