“Absolutely horrific experience with their massage service. I usually only go for facials. I did a massage only because I was told my package was expiring (another reason why I hate signing packages) and has to use it up. Tried negotiating for later deadline (with what seemed like a chatbot replying to emails)--slow and unresponsive, requesting for "proof of travel" (without defining what exactly was needed, and extension of a week requireing proof, combined with slow response and tone of email also didn't go down well). In the end, it was simply less frustrating to simply book a massage and use up all the credits. The masseuse bent my leg so far back, I had to ask her to STOP because it didn't seem like she was going to. Result: MRI showed a GRADE 1 sprain of MCL. MRI, ortho and physio consults, MONTHS of rehab---it's not just money but the amount of TIME and ENERGY spent on all this! When I reached out, they got their insurer to investigate. The insurer was supposed to reach out but was silent for 2 MONTHS. When they finally reached out, the email started with "this is by no means an admission of fault".... WOW. The "investigation" was all about trying to figure out how to wiggle their way out of taking responsibility. Tell me if you, as a customer, would be furious. The saga continues.”

However I do wish the marketing materials included the other trial facial options, as I didn’t know I could get a higher tiered facial at trial price. Overall pleasant facial experience, and lovely staff!”
