“Most of the staff in that shop are old and middle age lady. Service and money are not worth it.”

“This is my third time at the outlet to do my foot massage. I feel relief after the massage. The girls really know where is the pain and really do a good job. Will continue to visit again.”

“The WORST massage ever! Masseuse was using her phone the whole time messaging others during her service and kept rubbing just my lower back with her elbow with her one arm, never fully focused on other parts. When I pointed out that she shouldn’t use her phone, she pretended she doesn’t understand English and started giving an attitude like massage right leg for 20mins and left leg for 3mins and stuff. Really shockingly rude service I just received. Never going again and never will recommend to others”

“My sister and I went to star shine recently for reflexology. Unlike other massage palors, when they started, they did not check with us if the pressure was ok. But we overlooked that because the massage started out fine. However, at some point the intensity became unbearable. We told the masseuses to reduce the pressure but they did not understand us probably because they only spoke Mandarin. We then explicitly told them in Mandarin that we were in pain (“tong”) and, made every noise and expression that would communicate that. But for some reason, they refused to alter the pressure. They kept laughing and telling us in Mandarin “no pain, cannot do”. They seemed to take some strange pleasure in our pain. While we understand that massages are meant to apply pressure to pain points, I think we can all agree that it is not supposed to be a torturous experience and that the masseuse should alter the pressure according to the customer’s preference.”
