HYY Beauty - Buangkok

★★★★★

“Very disappointing experience, and definitely my last visit. The service and quality have been declining over the past year, together with repeated hard selling despite me turning it down multiple times. I only continued coming back to finish my package. For my final appointment, Evonne did my right hand and the workmanship was honestly shocking. Gel polish was left around almost every nail, and the finish was extremely uneven from the side. Ironically, Ella, who is a newer staff member, did my left hand and her work was much cleaner. What made it worse was being rushed before Evonne even started. I arrived about 20 minutes early and was already removing my previous set, yet she told me she had another customer after and asked if I would be done soon. Why am I being rushed when I wasn’t even late? Poor service, poor attitude and disappointing workmanship. I won’t be returning and would advise others to take note before visiting.”

“Did the facial and it was extremely painful. And the staff was just tryna sell you the package after the session. Worst experience everr. And for the price, not worth it AT ALL”
