“Been their customer for almost 5 years. They do nails, facials, IPL, massages, as well as many other beauty services. Price and Quality: Their gel manicures are rock solid - surviving twice a week rock climbing and lasting up to 3 weeks. It's also a good place for no-frills gua sha facials and back/neck massages. I think the prices are competitive, but I haven't done much comparison. Service: The staff, who you get to know personally over the years, are very responsive and accommodating to last min Whatsapp requests - they are also genuinely friendly and sincere. They will try to sell you packages and services, especially special promotions (which could be good deals), but if you stay firm and pay for what you think is reasonable, they won't push you further. Convenience: Superb location near the MRT. Their Raffles Place branch is also convenient and you can rotate between the branches, just that they don't do nails there.”
