“12 Jul 2026: I am a regular and usually book either the Bio-Clear or Bio-Aqua treatment every month, so I am very familiar with how the treatment is normally performed. Today's experience was the most disappointing one as the therapist who attended to me must be very new. During the suction step, she was extremely slow. Normally, the suction device is moved continuously across the entire face at a steady pace to thoroughly cover every area. But she applied the device to isolated spots that were roughly 1-2cm apart, leaving many areas untouched. The ultrasonic scrubber step was even more disappointing. She was merely gliding the device gently across my skin with almost no pressure or technique. She did spend more time around my nose but I could still feel that the blackheads and sebum had not been properly removed. Compared to my previous monthly treatments, there was no clean effect. Nothing to shout for the oxygen spray step. Then it ended with a head massage for 3-5 mins, which was totally useless and a waste of my 15 min session. The whole 15 mins I was just feeling that both my time and my $30 were completely wasted. I don't blame the therapist since she's apparently new. But I question the management's decision to allow someone who's not yet trained to work on paying customers. She could have more supervised practice on colleagues before being assigned to customers.”
