“I booked a 30-minute facial for the 1st time, but the session ended after only 20 minutes. The therapist was visibly rushed and provided incredibly poor customer service. I left feeling completely undervalued as a client. I would not recommend this store.”

“Friendly and great facial by Wan Ting! I did Bioboost and nearly fell asleep from the comfortable session. She gave great advice which facial that suits my skin problem. Highly recommended.”

“I’ve been a regular customer, but the service quality has noticeably declined and it’s enough to make me reconsider coming back. During my most recent visit for a facial treatment and brow shaping, the experience was disappointing. The brow shaping (by the same beautician I always get) was unusually painful this time around. Even when I visibly flinched, the technician continued rushing through the process, plucking roughly without adjusting her approach. Frankly, I’ve had gentler experiences at a threading salon. The facial itself also felt more rushed than usual. The oxygen spray was shorter than usual, and the moisturiser was applied hastily. Small but important finishing touches like the short head massage and checking if my brows were shaped properly, were completely skipped. These details used to make the experience feel complete, and their absence was obviously felt. There’s also a recurring issue on weekends: treatments are frequently interrupted while technicians leave to explain and hard-sell products to new customers. While I understand the need for sales, it shouldn’t come at the expense of existing customers, especially for a service marketed as an express facial. Overall, the continued inconsistency in service has become too noticeable to ignore. If the business wants to retain long-time customer loyalty at this branch, it needs to prioritise standardising the consistency, professionalism, and quality of service.”
