I came in for just a root touch-up and trim, and I’m proud to say I stayed firmly rooted to exactly those two things. Over the two hours there, my scalp was placed under a magnifying microscope device to show me how oily and alarming it apparently looked, how dry my hair was, how off my hair colour had become… I think I went through at least 7 of these concoction of questions and statements. The grand finale? Asking whether I’d like to become a member, to which I delivered my well-practised “No thank you.” This salon didn’t just scrutinise my hair health and self-image — it also tested my confidence in saying no. My hair wqs very frizzy and dry before, but after the treatment it felt incredibly soft, smooth, and much healthier. The frizz has significantly reduced and my hair looks much more manageable now. Tiffany was very professional and took the time to explain the process and what would work best for my hair type. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and handled everything with great care.
