“Very disappointed with my experience at V Medical Aesthetics in Punggol. My appointment was at 12 PM, but I was only seen by the doctor around 12:45 PM, so I waited about 45 minutes. The promotion I saw stated $88 per area, but during the consultation I was informed that this covered only a limited number of units. I was then quoted $250 per area, which I decided not to proceed with. I was subsequently offered a $900 package for 3 areas. I understand that treatment pricing can vary depending on the consultation, but I felt the promotion could have been clearer about what was included. After making the trip and waiting 45 minutes, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.”
