“Called 11:30am for 2pm slot on Tuesday told me close for lunch from 2-3:30pm so i ask if i can get before lunch break at counter. They declined saying it’s full 🙂↔️ very unprofessional. Not sure is really full or all the 5 nurses + 1 receptionist are chatting at reception ? Not interested in sales, actually want to ask for program after pico but they just ask me sign attendance show me out ? What the hell ? I think manager need to check their services standards”
