“I’ve done pico and yellow laser treatments here and I could see slight improvement after the 2nd session. However, what I’m not satisfied with was their attitude and lack of concern about the after-care (I was not given any anti-inflammation cream) following my first treatment. I felt that my skin was suffering from sun burn at that time and the laser had made my skin very sensitive through out but they didn’t seem concerned about it and kept saying my skjn was very dry which need extra hydration booster which again I had to purchase the add-on package. There’s also little point in making an appointment when I still have to wait at least half an hour in the room doing nothing. When I raised this issue, the staff simply explained that the overall treatment takes about an hour, as if the long waiting time were normal. On top of that, the staff were quite pushy when it came to selling their products. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t even dare to raise my concerns with them. Overall, I feel that these laser treatments require regular maintenance, as my dark spots seem to be coming back after I stopped the treatments for about 3 months. Overall, my skin showed improvement but not totally after completed the whole package (10 sessions) but the poor service and aggressive promotion of add-on products, and lack of aftercare have left me disappointed.”

“Had my 1st visit at V Medical Aesthetics at Westgate with my mom. Timona and Sharon were both really kind and made us feel comfortable throughout the session. No hard sells and we appreciated how patient they were in explaining everything. I went with the Sylfirm X package (6 sessions) and it came with some nice add ons bundled in like Pico Laser, Exosome, Neauvia Hydro Deluxe, Rejuran Healer, plus the Skin Restore Calming Serum and Skin Perfect Soothing Mask. Just had my first Pico Laser trial done and so far so good, no issues and skin feels fine. Do note it's on the pricier side.. paid abt 7.2k and that'll last for 16 months.. 16 sessions.. worth going in with a clear budget in mind, but the service and care made it feel worthwhile. Will update as I go through more sessions!”
