“Did a soak off and it was filed way too thin with the electric drill until my nailbeds changed colour. Now my fingernails are in constant pain and nails too soft. This was done by the english speaking vietnamese lady that mans the cashier.”

“I guess she is a newbie Long hair vietnamese girl I asked for classic mani pedi but as I wear sneakers I said dun put colour tonight. She did the pedi first and didn't bother to ask if I wanted base strengthener coat. She kept saying later because I wear shoe scared not dry. But then she proceed to do my manicure next......plenty of time for the base coat to dry really. I usually bring my own base, top, and color at times. I went home with no cuticle oil applied. When I got home, I realise my base coat was not closed tight at all, to my horror, it was flowing into onto my handbag. Really pissed, not the first time this happens from manicurist from Nailist. Never bother to clean bottle neck, never bother to close tight to prevent leak.”

“Probably one of the worst manicures I’ve had in singapore. This manicure is less that 24hrs old and they left so much gap between nail and cuticle that it looks like it’s grown out already. Pedicure isn’t much better, will not be going backs”
