“Very disappointing experience at Kskin Compass One. The payment machine was down, and a notice instructed customers to download the app to book and pay. I followed the instructions, but after paying, I had to wait 20 minutes. The app should make the queue and expected waiting time clear before customers make payment. I also brought a paper voucher for a free eye add-on, which this same outlet had given me during a previous visit. Sylvina told me that I could only redeem it by paying through the machine via PayNow. However, the machine was down, so I could not use my voucher, which is expiring soon. Why issue vouchers if customers cannot redeem them because your own equipment is not working? Customers should not lose out for following the alternative payment instructions provided by the outlet. The facial itself was not relaxing. Sylvina commented on how dry my skin was, asked about the products I used and began hard-selling. She also commented that my face was fat, which I found unnecessary and disrespectful. I came for a facial, not to feel judged about my appearance or pressured to buy more. I was also uncomfortable with how the facial machine was handled. The V-Lift treatment felt uncomfortably hot, and she kept applying more pressure. The way the treatment was carried out did not give me confidence. For a brand that promotes a pain-free experience with no hard-selling, this visit fell well short of those expectations. The payment process, voucher handling and treatment experience were all disappointing. I will also be emailing Kskin’s headquarters with feedback about this experience. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed.”
