“3rd time to this branch and unfortunately I was serviced by the same lady all 3x (not highly rated Duoduo). First time I was sold some serum which I dont mind trying since they gave 2x$10 vouchers with the purchase. 2nd time I was held back for a good 15mins trying to push products to me. 3rd time, right at the start i felt that my face was handled in a rush.. to the point that the cable kept sweeping my lips. no hard selling this time but my skin had 3 new acne bumps after visiting the branch. won't be returning to this branch anymore, I've had much more pleasant experiences in out branches.”

“Tried Combo F today. The facial experience itself was thorough and the staff were attentive throughout the session. However, what I did not enjoy was the hard selling afterwards. I understand product recommendations are part of the business, but this went beyond a simple recommendation. I was held back for around 10 minutes being repeatedly encouraged to purchase products despite declining. Overall, the treatment was decent, but the persistent sales pressure affected the experience for me.”
