“I have been to K skin multiple times over the years and it’s always a hit or miss. Today i decided to give it a go as my usual beautician was on maternity leave. Long story short, it was a huge disappointment. I always choose Combo A - the cleanse and glow set for $50. The beautician was rather rushed and rough on my skin and barely cleaned my pores. The routine goes as follows 1. suction 2. extraction 3. cleanse 4. Application of a cold gel and use of a machine to “massage” it in 5. ending Extraction last for barely 5 min with hardly any contact with my skin. But she applied the gel for 10 min. Not sure what’s the proper procedure but if i can still see junk on my skin it’s probably not a good sign. I get the appeal of a quick facial but there isn’t a point to do a facial if it doesn’t improve your skin. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and the only reason why it’s 2 stars instead of 1 is because she did keep to 30min.”

“Patronized Northpoint outlet today and bought the ticket at 1534hours and was only attended 30mins later when I was already the next in queue. The beautician used the machine to extract the oil on my skin with quite forceful strength. After the extraction, she proceeded to apply cream on my face, followed by face massage. Not sure what she is trying to do but her right hand pressed so hard into my right eye socket which caused me to be in pain and I was scratching my eye so badly after. It was a very uncomfortable session to be honest plus the long waiting time. Will not go to this outlet anymore. Btw beautician did not apologize at all and said "oh, maybe I won't do face massage for you already"”
