“I wish to share an experience I had with Browhaus Paragon lately so others can make informed choices and also to create transparency on this merchant. I've been with Browhaus Wheelock for more than 10years, mainly doing "Brow Resurrection Classic" and "Eye define upper+lower lid". That usually cost me ~$1500, 2classic sess + 2 touchups. On 30th Oct'25, I went to the Paragon outlet to do a touchup on my brows and added a "lip define" treatment which cost $1500. I was told the results would be a natural-looking, enhanced lip colour. Long story short, the post treatment came out distressing. There was an uneven 2-toned on the upper lip (as per pic). I went back to the outlet on Day7 post treatment and was advised that the colour would 'set in' and to give it time. Meanwhile, I've shared emails, texts with the manager of the branch & customer service about my concern but they assured me that the edges would soften and colour would recover but unfortunately it didn't. After 1.5mths, my lip colour look worse than before (as per pic). It was obviously, in my opinion, a botched job. However, the customer service - Kristy.C insisted that 'it is a normal outcome' and that alot of customers 'achieved this result' too. Infact, the manager of the branch & therapist had acknowledged the unevenness of the lip treatment. I've also seeked opinions from beauty salons and friends who did lip ink tattoo and it totally shouldn't look like this. I've tried to resolve this amicably with the CS and a fair & reasonable resolution would have been appreciated. To me, there was a misleading interpretation of sales and poorly executed treatment with little regard for service quality or customer satisfaction. I would not be purchasing any more service treatment from Browhaus Paragon and would caution others about their over promising-under delivering service.”

“Had a pleasant session at Browhaus Paragon. I would like compliment Timmy for his detailed explanation before he proceeded with my brow resurrection touch up. Despite it being a touch up session, he did his best to correct my brows (done by previous therapist) so that it balances my face shape. Appreciate his sharing of knowledge throughout the session which was done pain-free even during the thread&tweeze. He’s very meticulously and experienced, definitely in trusted safe hands especially for semi permanent make up treatment.”
