“Great service by Vanessa Teoh. Booked this outlet for the last 2 sessions of my package (usually I go to another outlet). She is very friendly and takes her time to zap every area for brazilian AFT. On my last session, she advised me to go for another package for a specific area and not full brazilian based on my hair growth. That was quite thoughtful of her as she recommended based on my progress and not just ask me to sign full set. But after I asked her some questions due to personal considerations, she didn't hardsell further and told me to come back once I've settled my personal stuff. That's why I've been with Strip for 5 years. They never ever hard sell and I can see the progress!”

“Been with Strip for 20 years now and been to many of their outlets . Funny enough, I have not been to their Tampines outlet before and let's just say, I walked out a happy camper ! Needed water and the service counter has lovely staff who filled my water bottle. The therapist, Ann was just amazing and so conversational! Waxing therapy and talk therapy put together....Voila! I'm very amazed and appreciative of Ann as she really knows how to add value to the conversation while doing the waxing. Humour, advice, experiences all shared in the 30 min. “It was my first time coming to this salon for Brazilian waxing. I booked one Brazilian waxing trial off. But I just realised after the session, I was charged the original price $84 instead of the trial price $58. But I think it’s fine perhaps business no good hahaha but it’s better to do business in a honest way so people will be willing to come back you know? 😂 The session was fast, and the pain was bearable like I was expecting it to be a lot painful than brow waxing which was the only waxing i done before. After the session is the usual “want to sell you package” which i totally understand, it’s their job and duty. And the counter staff explain very fast and I know trying to cover up the $58. HAHAHA. And they didn’t hard sell annoyingly, just nicely explained. I do sales too but then I would preferred supporting business who are more slightly honest lah. Paying $84 was to the respect for the person who done my waxing, I think she did a good job explaining. Thanks for the great session! If I ever visit elsewhere with longer time or more pain, I will consider coming back again! 😄”
