“I have been going to Browhaus for more than a decade. Their customer service used to be excellent, but has deteriorated terribly over the past 4-5 years. I will not be patronising Browhaus by end of this year. Why, you ask? 1. My regular brow artists have constantly been changing/have left the company/have been moved to a different Browhaus. 2. I have shown up for an appointment to find a different brow artist working with me without having been told in advance of the change. 3. I have been frequently asked to reschedule my pre-booked appointments which is understandable, but when this happens, NO OPTIONS are given to me e.g. other time slots available/other brow artists available. I literally have to keep suggesting dates and times until Browhaus can accommodate me. There’s a lot of back and forth. I work a full time job and this is a waste of my time. Frankly, this is quite ridiculous and frustrating! There needs to be better training on customer service. No doubt the brow threading and brow resurrection services are good, I will not dispute that.The salons are well-decorated and private, but Browhaus is not the only aesthetic clinic in the market providing these services.”
