“I have been a customer of Strip across four or five different outlets over the years. I first started at Parkway Parade, and I have continued my package here because of the consistently excellent customer service. Fannis was helpful with providing advice and professional. Huge thanks to Syai and Sha for their professionalism and attentiveness. They clearly explained my package renewal, followed up promptly on appointments, and were especially helpful in securing an earlier time slot when availability opened up. That level of proactive support truly makes a difference. Service like this is exactly why I continue with Strip. Thank you, Syai, Sha, and Fannis, for going above and beyond.”
