“Had a great experience at Strips at Raffles Place. The customer service on their WhatsApp channel and at the front counter was top notch—responsive, friendly, and very helpful. Rose, who performed my treatment, was efficient and professional. She also introduced their AFT service, but when I said I’d consider it, she respected my decision and didn’t push further—she simply explained how efficient the AFT service is. Overall, a satisfied experience.”

“Been with Raffles City outlet for many years. I enjoy good customer experience with Strip in general. Waxing skills : The therapists’ skills are good & they don’t usually hardsell which most of customers hate. Throughout these years with them, I only have to deal with it once and the next time I booked my appt, I skipped that particular therapist (think now she is no longer there). Customer service: CS at Raffles City is satisfactory although I find that the counter staff at Ion know the different avail promotion packages better than that of Raffles City. Price: Strip’s pricing may not be one of the most affordable but their skills are professional & results are excellent.”
