Editor’s note

Recent reviewers consistently describe the staff as the highlight of their visits, with several praising therapists for patience, gentleness and careful attention to comfort. One customer who has been coming for over twenty years singled out Jenny for taking extra care with an AFT treatment, while others named Queenie for regular check-ins and helpful guidance on package choices. Front-desk team members were also remembered for clear explanations of the process and help with app payments.

Several reviewers said the first visit felt welcoming and well organised, and a few mentioned professional and courteous service from start to finish. One reviewer was unhappy that a branch was closed for renovation without this being shown on the booking page, so it may be worth checking availability before visiting.

“I had such an excellent experience at this outlet. I've been using strip's services for over 20 years now. This has been one outlet with some of the most patient, helpful and dedicated staff I've seen. Jenny took extra care and effort to ensure the AFT treatment was comfortable and thorough. Eisah, Melody and Ari were all extremely patient as I asked many questions about payments and breakdown and even went the extra mile to inform me and help me with app payments with additional discount. Thank you so much! A good heart and good service should never go unrewarded. I hope the Strip Waxing company takes notice of how well their employees are working in contributing to their succesful brand.”
