“I came in for a simple nail polish, but the staff kept insisting on adding extra services and increasing the bill in a way that felt quite dishonest. I felt pressured into spending much more than I had planned, which really ruined the experience. I do not recommend this salon. Unfortunately, it was my only bad experience in Singapore, which is a real shame. I hope that in the future they will treat tourists with more respect and be more transparent about their pricing. Not recommended.”

“I wouldn’t recommend this place. I came in last minute for a manicure and pedicure, but a basic single-color gel cost SGD $211 in total (Approximately manicure $80 + pedicure $130). This is more than double what I usually pay. I didn’t even choose a design like cat-eye… (I was told at the beginning that the “normal” manicure was about $50, so I decided to go in. Only later did I realize that this was the price for quick-dry nails, not gel nails.) At that point, I assumed the service quality would match the price and tried to accept it, but that was not the case at all. The manicure stylist was not skilled and even said, “I’ve done all I can,” and ended the service. Therefore, I had to ask another lady for it to be fixed at the end… For this price ($211 for single-color gel nails), the service quality really really needs to improve. It was a really disappointing experience.”
