“I had a really wonderful experience with Serence, especially when she helped me with my ingrown nail. She was extremely patient, gentle, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. What impressed me the most was that even though dealing with an ingrown nail can be difficult and requires extra care, she never complained or rushed through it. Instead, she took her time and handled everything very carefully and professionally. I could really feel that she puts her heart into her work and genuinely cares about her customers. Her patience and dedication made the whole experience much more comfortable for me. Thank you, Serence, for your excellent service and for taking such good care of me.
