“The staff at the Northpoint outlet are very friendly and nice to talk to! They really make the whole session feel pampering and relaxing. I also loved that they serve a cup of tea when you start your session such a nice touch. ☕️💅🏻 They do recommend and share their packages, but I appreciate that there’s no pressure. Even when we decline, they remain friendly and welcoming without making things awkward. Overall, a really pleasant experience! Will definitely come back again. 🤍”
