“Visited the JEM outlet today . I’m a member there . I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff named Zhi Ting.（ or spell wrongly ) During the session, she repeatedly tried to sell me additional packages that I clearly stated I was not interested in. I currently still have more than 20 hand sessions and over 20 foot sessions remaining at this outlet, so I do not see any reason to purchase more packages at this point. Despite explaining this multiple times, she continued to push her sales and even asked me to “support her,” which made me feel very uncomfortable. After I declined, her attitude changed noticeably — she became unfriendly and showed a very unprofessional demeanor for the rest of the session. As a returning customer, I find this extremely disappointing. This is not the level of service expected from a chain brand. I hope management takes this matter seriously.”

“Men service charging extra $5 for hand and $5 for leg on top of service haha Charge so much but never do properly. The nail looks no different from pre-nail job. ‼️Be aware‼️EVERY SINGLE VISIT WILL TRY TO HARD SELL YOU‼️ Hygiene is questionable on the sink if they wash thoroughly after each used. Selling $128 per bottle of fungal treatment FYI. Very tiring for this kind of hard sale.”
