“Lousy service. The girl with dyed blonde hair who named herself "Linda" completed my classic pedicure in less than 10 mins. My toenails were not even cleaned. She didn't spend more than 5 seconds scrubbing and massaging my feet. She was obviously not interested in serving me. Even a mosquito works harder than her on my legs. Terrible! Will never go back to this store again. Their classic pedicure is less than 10 mins! I can do a better job than them at home! No need to waste my money going there”

“Lovely experience at Pixie Nail Spa at Velocity @ Novena Square! The shop is clean, cozy and the pedicure chairs are super comfortable. Lynn did my nails and she was amazing - very meticulous, patient and friendly. She took her time with the cuticle work and my nail art turned out even better than the reference. Really relaxing experience overall. Will definitely be back and ask for Lynn!”

“I would like to commend Joy and Ruby, because I walked in almost at closing time but they still helped me to do my nails as I had to rush for a flight! (There was another girl with brown hair who was really rude and sarcastic..) Anyway, they didn’t rush but still added extra layer for my thin nails. So sweet of them. I hope management gives the 2 lovely ladies a raise for their positive attitude! Great skills as well :)”

“Would not recommend going here!! Quite unclean. Very pushy on the bulk buy. Most importantly significantly overcharged!!! 2 person Gel Pedicure cost $235.48 - no special gel/ colour etc. very unhappy to be taken for such a ride in Singapore and when you can go to other salons in the same mall.”

“Poor service for such a high price. Did a gel polish and it was peeling after 1 week. The nail was not even properly shaped. When I went back to get it removed, one hand was missed and not polished. When I informed the staff, she said it was done already. Very disappointed. Never going back.”
