“There are 3 nail salons in this mall. This is the first time I tried this salon as I finished my pedicure package at the other nail salon starting with J upstairs.. When I called the day earlier, was told a basic pedicure at $39. Else if it is $49 if u add sea salt. When I arrived, I was told it’s $39 and $59 instead. Anyway, I took the $39 package. Started with nail cutting, push back cuticles, trim cuticles, soak foot, scrub heels, apply lotion n nail color. First time I see a salon charging extra $10 for quite a selected range of nail colors. Turns out, if u buy their 10x session package, u get to choose these colors FOC. Staff tried to get me to sign 10x which I rejected. She then tried to sell 5x, which I rejected too. Overall, it was a very average experience. Personally I prefer my previous salon, where the staff was more attentive. Likely will go back there although it’s a bit more expensive per session -$42.”

“I told the gal I only doing a pedi today. When I sign out, I have to pay for the callus and pedi. The treatment is ok but it’s too hard selling !!! At West Coast plaza, keep trying hard sell services. Shouldn’t they have the basic etiquette to confirm the services before they begin ???”

“Very disappointing experience. This chain tend to hard sell but cos I have a package, I went over again to use up. During the service, I have already topped up more than $100 for a foot scrub but when I refuse to top up more to extend my package I was basically left on my own to wear my sandals, see myself out etc when usually nails places will help you wear ur sandals after your pedicure to prevent smudges. And my nails has already started peeling barely after 2 days….i assume their top coat must be really bad or is it I didn’t “top up” for “premium” top coat? In short, be prepared to top up a lot when you go there and for very bad service if you refuse”

“This is my 3rd visit. The first two times I came their service was good. There is alot of hard-selling, but I was open to getting a package because my experience with the manicurist (Estee) went well. Like previous reviews, she is indeed very detailed & meticulous with her work. However, I came to claim another session for my package on Friday. I got a different manicurist but I didn't mind because I trusted that they would uphold the same standards. But to my disappointment, it was badly done. My nails were already short so I told her to just shape them, but she filed them down till the live skin was poking out. The gel polish was cured onto the skin and under my nails. The polish was not even applied evenly nor did it cover the entire surface area of my nails. Not only was the outcome of the service unpleasant, but it caused me pain & discomfort due to how short my nails are. The package is not refundable, and I still have sessions to clear. I have already contacted them on instagram but I have not received a response. I will finish my package & won't return.”
